Questions and answers
What clients ask us before we start
These are the same answers we give in the first conversation, without the polish and without the eye-rolling.
- 01What do you actually build?
- Systems that hold the day-to-day running of a business, and automation that takes the repetitive manual work out of it. In practice that looks like a system for managing clients and enquiries, a calendar and payments, and WhatsApp answering that replies to a customer, books them in and takes payment. We always start from the point that is choking the business, not from a list of features.
- 02What does it cost?
- It depends on what gets built, so there is no single price. A bespoke project, the kind that starts by finding the bottleneck and ends with a working system running the business, starts in the tens of thousands of shekels. Alongside that there are narrower solutions that work on a monthly model, WhatsApp answering for example, and those are a different order of magnitude entirely. In the first conversation you get a real range rather than a vague estimate, long before anyone signs anything.
- 03How long until the system is working?
- It depends on scope, but our range comes from real projects rather than an estimate. An appointment system with payment went live about a week after the first line of code. A full client and enquiry management system, together with a new bilingual website, took around five weeks. In most cases you have something working in your hands within days, rather than waiting months for a first version.
- 04How does a system like this pay for itself?
- Three ways, and all of them are measurable. A lead answered in minutes rather than hours closes more often, for the simple reason that it has not yet gone to a competitor. A payment or a renewal that does not slip through the cracks is revenue that was leaking without anyone counting it. And the hours freed from repetitive manual work go back into selling and serving. For one of our clients response time went from six hours to six minutes, which is exactly the difference between a lead that closes and a lead that walks.
- 05Who owns the system in the end?
- The data is always yours, without qualification. The system itself depends on what was built. What is built specifically for you belongs to you. What runs on a platform we maintain works under licence for as long as the subscription runs, exactly like any software you pay for monthly. We tell you which category your project falls into at the start, not at the end.
- 06What happens to my clients’ information?
- It is yours, and you can take it out as a file at any moment, without asking permission and without an exit fee. Each client’s information is kept entirely separate from anyone else’s, and sensitive credentials are stored encrypted. We do not sell information, do not share it, and do not use it for anything other than running your system. The exact hosting details are set out in the proposal, and if you want to know precisely how it is put together, ask and you will get a full answer.
- 07I already use other systems. Can you connect to them?
- In most cases yes, and it is part of the work rather than an extra. We connect WhatsApp, email, calendars, spreadsheets, payment providers and the management tools you already run, so information moves between them without anyone copying it by hand. If your client list lives in a file, it comes across without being retyped.
- 08What do you need from me?
- Less than you expect, but not nothing. First one serious conversation where we learn how the business actually works, including the parts nobody has written down. Then access to the systems you already have, and one person who can answer a question within a day. From there the work moves to us.
- 09What happens after the system goes live?
- We keep going. A system running inside a live business is not a project that ends on handover day: processes change, people join the team, and things nobody thought of at the start come to light. There is a monthly support plan covering fixes, small changes and ongoing help. Our longest-running systems are still getting updates every week, well after they went live.
