We believe in providing an equal service to every visitor, and we work to keep this site accessible and usable for people with disabilities.
1. Level of accessibility
This site was made accessible in line with Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA, and in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013.
2. What has been done
- Full keyboard navigation, with a clear indicator on the focused element
- A skip link to the main content, revealed on the first press of the Tab key
- Dialogs that close with the Esc key and keep keyboard focus inside them
- A correct, hierarchical heading structure for screen readers
- Alternative text for images and graphics that carry meaning
- Sufficient colour contrast between text and background
- Clear labels on every form field, with error messages announced
- Layouts that adapt to a range of screen sizes and to browser text resizing
- Respect for the operating system preference for reduced motion
- Full support for both right to left and left to right reading directions
3. Known limitations
We improve the accessibility of the site on an ongoing basis. Some areas, and in particular content or components supplied by third parties, may not yet be fully accessible. If you come across something that is not accessible, please tell us and we will address it promptly.
